Most people come to SeniorThrive with the same question: I am worried about my mom or dad, and I do not know where to start. Where Do I Start? is the answer to that question. It takes about 3 minutes, it is free on every plan, and it is private to you.
Where to find it
Before your loved one joins, it is the first card on Today. Tap Start here.
Any time, it is in Family Hub, under Planning.
What it asks
Who you are thinking about, how close you live to them, and what brought you here today.
What weighs on you. Worries are grouped by area, such as their safety and their health. Pick the one or two that weigh most, or as many as you need, or add your own.
What you get back
One step for this week. Concrete and doable, tied to what you said matters most, with a short coach's note.
What to say. Openers for talking with your loved one, and for talking with the rest of the family.
Everything you could do, sorted into things you can do from anywhere and things that need someone there in person.
You can Download PDF guide, Share with family, or Save & finish. Your answers save as you go, and you can come back and change them any time. Once you have answered, the card on Today reads Your starting plan.
Sending a step to their plan
Some of the things on your list match a step on your loved one's own plan. Those show Send to [their name]'s plan. Tap it and it reaches their plan as a suggestion from you. They decide whether to add it. Nothing else on the page is shared.
If your loved one has not joined yet, the step says Waiting for [their name] to join. It is delivered to their plan the first time you open Today after they join.
Who can see it
Your answers are private to you. Your loved one and the rest of the circle do not see them, unless you choose to share them yourself: by downloading the guide, sharing it with family, or sending a step to their plan.
When you want more
When you are ready to organize care as a family, Explore Care Plan on your results opens the Care Plan, which picks up your answers from here. The Care Plan is part of a paid plan.
