Can't hear the hello from Brian on My Day

The hello from Brian on My Day starts muted in many browsers. This is not a family video call. Tap the bar that says Sound is off to turn it on. Captions may show too.

This is only about the hello video from Brian on My Day. It is not a video call with family, and it is not about My Circle.

Many browsers start videos with sound off. That is normal. You did nothing wrong.

How to hear it

  1. Stay on My Day.

  2. Tap A two-minute hello from Brian.

  3. If the sound is off, tap the bar that says Sound is off. Tap here to turn it on. If captions appear, you can read along too.

  4. The hello shows for your first three days. If you closed it with the X, it does not come back.

If there is still no sound, check that your device volume is up and that the browser tab is not muted. Then ask Avery to connect you with a SeniorThrive teammate, and say you are on the hello from Brian on My Day and still cannot hear it.

What this is not

Do not follow help for Circle video calls, mute on a family call, or Video Calls in Family & Friends. Those are a different feature.
