Your Home Safety Score, in detail: the page behind the number

The details page shows the score in words over the rooms it covers, how each room is counted, the findings it asks you to confirm, and a Print / Save PDF button.

This page explains how it works. The tool itself is inside your SeniorThrive account.

The details page is the Home Safety Assessment in full. It is where the score stops being a number and becomes a list of what needs attention, room by room.

What the top of the page says

The headline says what needs attention, in words, over the line Across N rooms checked, with the date the assessment was assembled. If an open finding is serious, the wording is the strongest wording, whatever the total says.

How each room is counted

Each completed room starts at a full 100, and each finding takes some away. The total only reflects rooms you have explicitly checked. A room nobody has looked at is unknown, and unknown is never counted as safe.

It is a condition score about physical housing fixtures. It says nothing about your health or your independence, and it is never combined with anything that does.

When the page asks you a question

Where a photo could not settle a finding, the page asks you rather than guessing. You can mark it Checked, no concern observed, or Observed noticeable movement or concern. Until you answer, that finding stays open.

Keeping a copy

Tap Print / Save PDF at the top. The report is shared with your Circle; there is no separate switch for it.

What to do next

Tap Check another room. The most useful next room is usually the one you worry about most.
