Your first day on My Day

What My Day shows the first time you open it: a hello, a short video from Brian, your free emergency card, your check-in, and five doors. Nothing has to be finished at once.

The first time you open SeniorThrive, you land on My Day. It does not open with a wall of tools.

At the top is a hello with your name and one line: Your day, your pace. Start anywhere.

For your first three days, a small A two-minute hello from Brian sits near the top. Tap it to watch. Many browsers start videos with the sound off. If that happens, tap the bar that says Sound is off. Tap here to turn it on. Tap the X to close the hello for good.

Your free emergency card

On your first day, if you have not made one yet, a card says Let's prepare your free emergency card. It holds the names, medicines, and allergies that matter, on a wallet card for you and the people you trust. It takes about five minutes. Tap Create my free card to start. It is free forever, with no subscription.

Then your check-in, and five doors

Below that is your daily check-in. Under Explore are five doors: My Health, My Home, Family & Friends, Activities, and Daily Life. Tap any of them, in any order.

There is no rush and nothing you have to finish all at once.
