This page explains how it works. The tool itself is inside your SeniorThrive account.
Thrive Progress is a record of what you have done.
Where to find it
The page is titled Your progress. To get there, open My Health, then Emergency Preparedness, open How this fits into your Thrive Progress, and tap See your Thrive Progress. If you use the Where to? button in the sidebar (on a phone, the bottom bar), saying or typing "how am I doing overall" takes you there too.
What it shows you
Your week is written out in plain sentences first, because what you did reads better than a number describing it. A walk on Tuesday. Two check-ins. A room looked at on Sunday.
The running total sits underneath, once, for anyone who likes seeing it.
Counts of real things appear where they help: how many rooms you have checked, how many days you checked in.
How it moves
It runs on at your own pace, and it holds what you have already done. A quiet week is recorded as a quiet week, and the page says so in words rather than leaving a gap.
Common questions
Where do the entries come from?
From the things you record as you go: a daily check-in, a medicine you marked as taken, a health number you logged (a blood pressure reading, a symptom, your mood, your sleep, pain, a meal or an activity), a part of your Emergency Preparedness page filled in, a Room Check you finished or a hazard you fixed, an assessment you completed, a goal you set or finished, a task you completed, someone joining your Circle, and a message or a call with someone in your Circle. Watching a video, playing a game or cooking a recipe is not recorded here.
Can my family see it?
Only if you share it. You choose what each person in your Circle sees, and you can change it any time in Settings, under Privacy & Sharing.
