Your branding, and where a client actually sees it

Set your firm's logo, tagline and contact details, preview them, and understand the one line a sponsored household sees.

Branding is where you set how your firm appears to the households you have gifted a membership.

Where to find it

Branding in the sidebar. It takes about two minutes.

What you can set

Your Firm Logo, a PNG or JPG up to 2MB. Your organization name, which is required. A Firm Tagline, a Phone Number, and a Button Text (CTA) with a Button Link so a client can reach you.

Live Preview and Preview Your Brand show you the result as you go. Worth using rather than saving and hoping, particularly for the logo, which is the thing most likely to look wrong at small sizes.

Keep it plain

The tagline that works here is the one that tells a client who you are, not the one from your website's hero section.

Your name and what you do beats a slogan. This appears in a product about someone's ageing parent, in a quiet moment, and the register that suits it is closer to a business card than an advertisement.

Branding is reviewed

If something in what you saved does not pass review, you will be asked to adjust it, with a note about what needs changing. Common causes are phone number formatting and wording that the check does not permit.

This is not personal and it is not a judgement about your firm. Correct the flagged field and save again.

Where a client actually sees it

This is worth calibrating, because it is less than people expect and that is deliberate.

A sponsored household sees a quiet line saying their membership is sponsored, with your firm attached. That is the placement.

It is not a co-branded app. Their SeniorThrive does not become your SeniorThrive, the interface is not skinned in your colours, and your logo does not sit across their health information. What they get is a clear, understated answer to "who gave us this?", which is the honest version of what you did.

Why understated works better here

The households you gift this to are dealing with an ageing parent. The moments they will use it in are not sales moments.

A firm whose name appears gently, attached to something genuinely useful, is remembered warmly. A firm whose branding is unavoidable while somebody reads about their mother's medication is remembered differently. The restraint is doing you a favour.
