This page explains how Goals works. The Goals tool itself is inside your SeniorThrive account.

Goals is for the small things you are trying to do more of. The page says it in four words: small habits, one at a time.
Where to find it
Open My Day, find Goals, and tap View All. If you have not set one yet, the button says Add a Goal instead.
What a good goal looks like here
Small and specific beats ambitious and vague, every time.
"Walk to the end of the road after lunch" is a goal this can help with. "Get fit" is not, because there is no moment in your day where you can tell whether you did it.
One at a time is the other half. The page is built around a habit, not a programme. Three goals at once is how you end up with none.
Setting one up
Add Goal sits directly under the banner at the top of the page. Give the goal a name you would actually recognise on a tired Tuesday.
Where it turns up
Your goals sit as cards near the top of the page. That is the working view: what you are trying to do, now. Each card carries a Progress bar, so you can see at a glance how far along it is.
Below the cards, Today & This Week gathers the same information into a few counts: activities today, goals met this week, times logged, and days in a row.
What the app will not do
It will not scold you. There is no streak to break, no red mark for a missed day, and no message telling you that you have let something slip.
That is deliberate. This is here to encourage you, and a page that greets you kindly is one you will want to come back to.
Nor does it decide whether a goal is good for you. It does not know your health, and it will not tell you that walking further would be better than walking less. That is between you and your doctor.
If a goal is not working
Change it, or set it aside. When a goal keeps slipping, it usually just needs adjusting: a little smaller, a little more specific, or moved to a time of day that suits you better.
Making a goal easier is a smart move. The habit is the thing you are building, and habits grow best at a size you can keep.
