How do I create a SeniorThrive account?

Three or four minutes, no card, and the only real decision is whether the older adult signs up or a family member does. Both work; one lands better.

Go to seniorthrive.com and choose to get started. It takes three or four minutes and does not ask for a card.

You will need a name, an email address you can receive mail at, and a password. That is all.

The one decision worth making first

Who signs up: the older adult, or a family member. Both work, and it changes two things.

  • If the older adult signs up, their 14 free days start that day, and they invite family in afterwards.

  • If a family member signs up first, nothing starts yet. No trial clock runs, nobody is contacted, and the 14 days begin when the older adult joins.

If they are willing, having them sign up themselves lands better. It is their app and you are a guest in it, rather than something arranged for them - and that difference decides whether it is still being used in month three.

What happens next

You verify your email and land on My Day. A Circle already exists with you as its only member, and the first few days deliberately show less, so nothing feels like a pile of homework. More opens up around day four.

If you are helping somebody sign up

Sit with them rather than doing it for them. Their email, their password, their choices on the sharing screen.

Twenty minutes at the kitchen table is the best predictor we know of a family still using this a year later. Creating the account on their behalf does not give you any extra access anyway, so there is nothing to gain by it.
