Only what you have chosen to share, and you choose it category by category. Until you switch something on, it stays with you.
You choose by role first. Everyone you have invited as a family member shares one setting, your Family Advocate, if you have named one, has a separate one, and a professional caregiver a third. So the question each switch asks is "should my family see this", not "should Kate see this".
If one person should see more or less than the rest, that is a second step, not a wall. Lower on the same page, under Who is in your Circle, tap Adjust for that person and set their switches on their own. Choosing Same as other family members puts them back on the role setting.
Open Settings, then Privacy & Sharing. The page is headed Who Can See What, and it is split into groups you can open one at a time rather than one long wall of switches. Each switch shows you the faces of the people it covers, so you can see who you are deciding for.
The things you can share
Vitals, medications, sleep and mood, nutrition, activities, goals, your Daily Check-In, your Thrive Progress, calendar, documents, photos, where your financial paperwork stands, and more. Each has its own switch, and each starts off.
Sharing nothing with somebody except the fact that they are on your list is a perfectly ordinary choice.
Three things reach your Circle either way
These are not switches you forgot to turn off. They are shared by design, and the page says so beside them:
Emergency information, visible to everyone in your Circle at all times, not only during an emergency. It would be no use behind a switch at the moment somebody needs it.
Incidents, because they are part of your care record.
Supply requests, so someone can approve one and order it.
A Room Check report has no switch either. What a check found in a room is visible to the people helping you, so they can act on a hazard.
And in a genuine emergency, SeniorThrive may share the minimum needed to help you even with somebody set to see nothing. That is the one place your settings are deliberately overridden.
Two things are never shared
What you say to an AI companion, and anything in My Private Documents. Not with family, not with a Family Advocate, not with a caregiver, and there is no setting that changes it.
Family can see that you chatted, if you allow even that. Never a word of what you said.
Checking it from the other side
Anyone in your Circle has their own page, What's Shared With You, listing every kind of information they could be given and exactly where each one stands for them. It is the same list you are setting, read from their side, so nobody has to guess and nobody has to ask you.
Seeing who has looked
The same Privacy & Sharing page keeps a record, for your eyes only, of who else opened your information over the last 30 days: by role, such as a family member or a caregiver, and by day. If someone reached for something you keep closed, that shows too. It does not count visits, it never records your own, and nobody else can see it.
Changing your mind costs nothing
Turn a switch off tonight and back on tomorrow, or leave it off forever. Nobody is notified when you change something, so there is no awkwardness and nothing to explain. Your changes are listed on the same page, again for you alone.
Nor does anyone find out when you have looked at your own settings. It is your account.
