The one exception
The trial includes one Room Check. Checking a second room is part of a paid plan.
Pick the room you worry about most. For most people that is the bathroom or the bedroom, and you can take up to four photographs of it from different angles.
There is nothing to time and nothing to wait for: the check does not free up again after a few days. On a paid plan the limit disappears and no counter appears at all, so you can work through the rest of the house a room at a time and check any of them again later.
The report from your free check stays readable forever, on every plan, including after the trial ends.
No card, no catch
You do not enter a card to start, and nothing is charged when the 14 days end. The account moves to the Free plan, which never expires.
If you forget about us for a fortnight, nothing happens. There is no charge waiting at the end of it.
When the clock starts
If your older adult signed up, the day they created their account. If you signed up first as a family member, nothing starts until they join, and then you both get the full 14 days together.
