What is free forever?

The complete list, not a sample. The Free plan never expires, never asks for a card, and is a real plan rather than a locked demo.

The Free plan is a real plan, not a trap and not a locked demo. It never expires and it never asks for a card.

Here is the whole list, rather than a sample of the nice parts.

Free, permanently

  • The Daily Check-In, every day

  • Logging how you are feeling

  • Goals and progress

  • Your ThriveScore

  • Is This a Scam?, 5 checks in any seven days

  • Your Emergency Card

  • Home Repair Help, for finding local pros

  • Three brain games

  • 5 companion conversations in any seven days

  • Every Family Hub guide

  • Room Check reports you already ran, still readable

About those two limits

The scam checks and companion conversations are rolling, not weekly. There is no reset day. Each one you use frees up again seven days after you used it, so three spent on a Tuesday come back the following Tuesday and the rest of your allowance is untouched in between.

What is not on the free plan

Running a new Room Check, daily wellness tracking, medications and vitals, your full ThriveScore history, document storage, and extra seats for family.

Saying that plainly matters more than making the free list look longer. Silence about what is missing reads as "included", and then somebody is disappointed at the worst moment.

Why there is a free plan at all

Because the alternative is holding someone's Emergency Card hostage over $29, and an emergency card that is not there when it is needed is worse than useless.

If you stop paying, you land here rather than being locked out. Your data stays. You can come back whenever.
