The Free plan is a real plan, not a trap and not a locked demo. It never expires and it never asks for a card.

Here is the whole list, rather than a sample of the nice parts.

The scam checks and companion conversations are rolling, not weekly. There is no reset day. Each one you use frees up again seven days after you used it, so three spent on a Tuesday come back the following Tuesday and the rest of your allowance is untouched in between.

Starting a new Room Check, your Room Check tasks and the full report, My Medicines, the driving check, the daily living, life skills and mobility checks, your stored documents, adding anyone to your Circle, your calendar, Tasks and Things I Need, food delivery, recipes and rides, My Pets and the dog and cat explorers, video calls and Shared Photos, books, fitness videos, Active Living, art museums, hobbies and My Garden, and ten of the thirteen brain games.

One part of this is not about you. While you are on Free, everyone in your Circle except you and any professional caregiver stops seeing your information. Your emergency details (allergies, conditions and emergency contacts) stay shared with them. Nobody is removed from your Circle, and choosing Essential again restores everyone at once.

Saying that plainly matters more than making the free list look longer. Silence about what is missing reads as "included", and then somebody is disappointed at the worst moment.

Because the alternative is holding someone's Emergency Card hostage over $29, and an emergency card should be there when it is needed.

The same reasoning covers the Room Check reports you already ran. What you already know about your own house should not disappear because a subscription lapsed. Running a new check is the paid part; reading what you found is not.

If you stop paying, you land here rather than being locked out. Nothing is deleted. You can come back whenever you like.
