Nothing dramatic. If you have not upgraded, your account moves to the Free plan, which never expires and never asks for a card.
You are not charged. Your account is not closed. Nothing you built is deleted.
What you keep
The daily check-in, every day
Logging how you are feeling
Goals and progress
Your ThriveScore
Is This a Scam?, 5 checks in any seven days
Your Emergency Card
Home Repair Help
Three brain games
5 companion conversations in any seven days
Every Family Hub guide
Every Room Check report you already ran, still readable
What pauses
Running a new Room Check, daily wellness tracking, medications and vitals, your full ThriveScore history, document storage, and the extra seats in your Circle.
Pauses is the right word. None of it is deleted. If you upgrade in March, what you recorded in January is still there waiting.
When the fourteen days actually started
This trips people up, and it is worth checking before you assume you have run out.
If your older adult signed up, the clock started the day they created their account.
If you signed up first as a family member, nothing started then. The fourteen days begin the day your loved one joins, and you both get the full fourteen together.
That is deliberate. Nobody should feel rushed into convincing a parent before they are ready.
Can you get more time?
No. Fourteen days is the whole trial and there is no extension, self-serve or otherwise. The Free plan is the answer instead, and it does not run out.
Coming back
You can upgrade any time, and everything picks up where it was. There is no penalty for having waited.
