Can I get more time on my trial?

No. Fourteen days is the whole trial and there is no way to extend it. What there is instead: a Free plan that never expires and keeps everything you built.

No, and we would rather say so plainly than leave you hoping.

Fourteen days is the whole trial. There is no extension, no way to add days, and nothing you can do to earn more. Support cannot add time either.

Why there is no extension

We used to offer one, and it made things worse rather than better. It turned one real deadline into two soft ones, and a deadline nobody believes is not a deadline. It is cleaner to give you fourteen honest days and be straight about what happens at the end of them.

What happens instead, which is the part that matters

Nothing is taken away when the trial ends. Your card is never charged, because we never asked for one.

Your account moves to the Free plan, which is free forever, and you keep:

  • Your daily check-in, your wellness logging and your goals

  • Talk with Clarity, your AI companion

  • Is This a Scam?, your Emergency Card and Home Repair Help

  • Three brain games

  • Every Room Check report you already ran, to reread whenever you like

  • Your Circle, and everything anyone has written in it

So the honest answer to "can I have longer" is that you do not need longer. You need never to be cut off, and you are not.

When you are ready

Essential is there whenever you want it, at $29 a month or $290 a year, and everything you built while you were deciding is still exactly where you left it.

If something was confusing or did not work during your fourteen days, tell us with the chat bubble. We read every note. It will not add days to your trial, but it will change the product.
