The Professional Network: how your listing works

You apply, we review by hand, and when you are approved your listing goes public at a URL we send you. There is nothing to log into, and any change you want is a reply away.

Here is the whole thing in one sentence: you apply, we review your application by hand, and when you are approved your listing goes public at a URL we send you. There is nothing to log into, and any change you want is a reply away.

There is no professional account, and that is on purpose

This is the part that confuses people, so we will say it plainly.

The Professional Network is not software you log into. It is a public listing that we build and maintain for you. There is no dashboard, no password, no partner portal, and no settings page. If you are looking for one, you will not find it, and nothing is wrong with your account.

We built it this way deliberately. You are busy seeing clients. You should not have to learn another piece of software to be findable.

If your acceptance email sent you to app.seniorthrive.com

Some approval emails told members to "finish setting up your partner profile" and linked to app.seniorthrive.com. That link was wrong. It points to a page that does not exist, and there is no partner profile to finish setting up.

If you followed that link and hit a dead end, you did exactly what the email told you to do. Your listing is almost certainly already live. Reply to your approval email or write to us and we will send you the URL.

Two different things that share the word "professional"

These get mixed up constantly, including by us. They have the word "professional" in common and nothing else.

  • A Professional Network member is someone who applied to be listed publicly so families can find them. It is free. There is no account, no login, and no dashboard. You are not attached to any one family.

  • A professional caregiver in a Circle is someone a specific family invites into their account to help with one older adult. That role does have a login, and it does start with an invitation from a family.

If you applied to the directory, you are the first one. You are not waiting on a family invitation and you never were.

How it actually works, start to finish

  1. You apply at seniorthrive.com/professional-network. The form asks for your contact details, professional type, service area, license information if you have it, a short bio, and your website.

  2. We review it by hand. A person reads every application. This is not automatic.

  3. We approve you and your listing goes public. It lives at a URL of its own, and that URL is yours to share.

  4. Families find you through the directory, and when a Room Check turns up something in your line of work, your name comes up.

What is on your listing

Your name, your professional type, your bio, your areas of focus, your service area and radius, your years of experience, your availability, the states you are licensed in, and a Get in Touch panel with your phone number and a link to your own website.

Two fields are commonly left blank because the form does not require them: your photo and your service city. Both make a real difference to whether a family picks up the phone. Send them to us and we will add them.

Changing anything on your listing

Reply and we will change it for you.

That is the entire process. Your professional type, your bio, your specialties, your service area, your radius, your phone number, your website, your photo, your availability. Tell us what you want it to say and we will make the change.

If something on your listing is wrong right now, tell us. We would much rather hear it from you than have a family read it.
