A life at home is mostly small tasks. Change the batteries in the smoke detector. Call the insurance company about the bill. Pick up the new prescription. Water the plants. Move the rug that almost tripped you yesterday.
To-Dos is the simple running list where all of that lives. Nothing fancy. No priorities. Just the things you have meant to get to.
Where to find it
Go to My Home → To-Dos from the side menu. You can also see today's top three To-Dos on your My Day screen.
Where tasks come from
Your To-Dos list is built three ways:
From a Room Check. When you finish a Room Check, any suggestion you pick up becomes a To-Do. "Add a grab bar near the tub." "Brighter bulb in the hallway."
From SeniorThrive suggestions. An expired medication. A doctor follow-up that is overdue. A battery that needs changing.
From you. Tap Add a To-Do and write it in. Anything you want to remember.
Checking things off
When you finish a task, tap the checkbox. It is that simple.
If a task turns out to be bigger than you thought, or something you want help with, tap Share with my Circle. A family member will see it and can offer to help.
No pressure, no piles
Unchecked tasks never turn red. There is no "overdue" pile that shames you. If a task has been sitting there for a month, SeniorThrive might gently ask whether you still want to do it, or would like to remove it. That is it.
Some tasks take years. Some tasks you never get to. That is life. The list is a helper, not a judge.
They count
Each completed To-Do contributes to your ThriveScore, especially the safety-related ones. A home that has been quietly maintained is a home that takes good care of you.
A small tip
Pick one day a week, say Sunday afternoon, and glance at your To-Dos. Knock out the two or three easiest ones. You will be surprised how much accumulates, and how satisfying it is to clear a few.
Small, steady steps are how real progress happens.
