Eating well at home should not be another chore. SeniorThrive has a library of recipes chosen for three things: easy to cook, good for you, and actually tastes like something.
No fussy ingredients you can only find at a specialty store. No recipes that sound healthy and taste like cardboard. Real meals, made simple.
Where to find them
Go to Daily Life → Recipes from the side menu.
How it is organized
Breakfast. Quick, warm, and easy on the stomach first thing.
Lunch. Mostly light, often one-pan, usually ready in fifteen minutes or less.
Dinner. Comforting, balanced, doable on a weeknight.
Snacks. The small between-meals things that save you from a bag of chips.
One-pot meals. Minimum dishes, maximum flavor.
Freezer-friendly. Cook once, eat three times.
Filtering for your life
The recipes can be filtered by:

Servings. For one, for two, for a small group.
Using a recipe
Tap a recipe to open it. You will see the ingredients, a time estimate, and a short list of steps.
Tap Start cooking when you are ready. The screen will stay on, and the steps will be big enough to read from across the kitchen.
Check off each step as you go. No rushing. No beeping.
When you are done, you can save it to My Favorites to find again, or add it to next week's meal plan.
A grocery list, built as you go
When you add a recipe to your weekly plan, SeniorThrive builds a shopping list out of the ingredients. Print it, email it to yourself, or pull it up at the store. Less forgetting the one thing you went for.
Sharing with the family
If a daughter or son is helping with meals, you can share a recipe with your Circle. They see the same ingredients and steps you are looking at. Especially useful when someone is cooking for you from another state, or when you want the family to know exactly how you like your lasagna.
Cooking is a small, good ritual. SeniorThrive is just here to make it easier.
