Inside My Health: the hub for your body

My Health is where your medications, vitals, symptoms, and wearables live. A tour of what is inside, how each tool fits, and what SeniorThrive deliberately does not judge for you.

My Health is the hub where everything about your body lives. Medications, vitals, symptoms, sleep, wearables, and more. Each tool is a spoke, with its own job, working together to paint a fuller picture of how you are doing.

What lives inside My Health

Medicine Tracker. A place to keep your medication list organized. Camera-read your prescription labels. Set reminders. Look up what the FDA label says about a medicine, quoted and attributed, so you can take a real question to your doctor.

Vitals. Blood pressure, weight, pulse, blood sugar, and more. Log them by hand, or pull them in from a connected device. See your trends over the last thirty days with a tap.

Symptom Tracker. The quiet place to jot down a symptom the moment you notice it, so you still have the story when you sit down with your doctor.

Sleep & Mood. Two small daily logs that, over time, show patterns most people do not notice in the moment. Sleep that is slowly shrinking. Mood that is slowly lifting.

HealthSync. Where you connect an Oura Ring or a Withings device. Let your existing device feed SeniorThrive the numbers it already tracks.

Health Info Finder. A search tool for reliable answers to health questions. Not a doctor, but a good starting place.

Doctor Visit Notes. A place to take notes during an appointment, so you do not forget what was said on the drive home.

How the pieces work together

A few examples of the quiet connections:

  • When you add a medication, it shows up in your Emergency Info wallet card automatically.

  • When you log a vital, SeniorThrive shows it next to any target your doctor has given you, so you can see the two together.

  • When you connect a wearable, it fills in the sleep, steps, and heart-rate you would otherwise have to write in yourself.

What SeniorThrive does not do with your health information

It does not check your medications against each other, and it does not decide that a reading or a symptom is concerning. We report what you entered and what a source like the FDA label says, and we name who said it. Drawing the line between those two things is your doctor's work, not ours.

If something worries you, that is worth a phone call rather than a search.

Who sees your health

Only you, and the people in your Circle you have chosen to share with. Each kind of health information has its own sharing switch, so you can share your medications with a caregiver but keep your mood private, for example.

SeniorThrive is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. What we do is make it easier to see the pattern, bring it to the visit, and remember what was said.
