Here is the truth about SeniorThrive: if you can open a website, you can use it.
That is not a marketing line. It is a design decision made from day one, and it runs through every corner of the product.
You do not need to download anything
SeniorThrive works right in your browser. Open any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer, type in the address, and you are there. No App Store, no passwords you forgot, no "update required" messages. Just a website.
If you would like a shortcut on your home screen, you can add one with a tap. But you do not have to.
You do not need any special equipment
All you need is a device that can take or upload a photo. Your phone will do fine. An iPad will do fine. A laptop with a webcam will do fine.
That is it. No wearables to charge. No sensors to install. No smart home equipment to figure out.
Everything is built for bigger eyes and steadier fingers
The text is large. The buttons are generous. The steps are clear. Colors are chosen for contrast, not flash. Nothing flashes or jumps around.
The whole interface was built to be gentle on older eyes and forgiving of a stray tap. It was not an afterthought. It was the first thing.
You can do it yourself, or with help
Many families use SeniorThrive together. A daughter helps her mother take the first few photos. A son sets up the Circle. A neighbor helps enter the medications for the first time.
That is perfectly fine. You do not have to do any of this alone. And after the first hour or two, most people find they do not need help anymore.
If you get stuck, Avery is here
Avery, our chat assistant, is available any time you are inside the app. Ask her a question in plain English and she will help you. If she cannot solve it, a real person will.
Most questions have an obvious answer once someone gently walks you through it. That is Avery's job, and she is good at it.
